Regional Sales Manager - Europe
Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and expanding our presence across Eastern and Western Europe by forging and nurturing strong partnerships with educational agencies.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, excels in building meaningful relationships, and possesses a positive communication style. Experience in the international education industry or in a similar B2B sales role is essential. This role will involve travel throughout Europe and other regions as well as working from our headquarters in Saint Julians, Malta.
Duties include (but are not exclusive to) the following:
- Establish new links with agency decision-makers to introduce opportunities at Immerse Education.
- Nurture existing relationships with educational recruitment agencies and consultancies around the world.
- Deliver webinars to interested agent teams and their students about Berlitz | ELA’s programmes.
- Attend domestic and overseas events, conferences, and recruitment fairs on behalf of Berlitz | ELA.
- Dealing with enquiries, quotes and bookings from international agents and students by email, telephone and in person.
- Preparing price quotations that include courses, accommodation options, transfers and other services provided by the school
- Communicating and liaising with agents, students, suppliers and accommodation providers on a daily basis.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities to expand our reach in key regions.
- Provide feedback from agents to marketing and operations teams to continually improve our offerings.
- Refine promotional strategy to optimise conversion to align with sales targets and regional academic calendars.
The right candidate must have:
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in educational partnerships, business development, or sales roles, ideally within the education industry.
- Partnership Success: Demonstrated success in establishing and managing fruitful partnerships.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the educational landscape in Europe.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Cultural Awareness: High cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds across the globe.
