Job Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing agent partnerships and direct sales and executing marketing initiatives that drive enrolments. The role combines sales skills with creativity and strategic thinking, ensuring that the school achieves its recruitment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through direct inquiries, agents, and online platforms as well as calling potential clients.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed student bookings.
  • Follow up with prospective students and agents to provide program details and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and corporate clients.
  • Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to represent the school.

 

Agent & Client Relations

  • Manage existing agent portfolio, ensuring they are supported with updated information, pricing, and marketing materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission rates, and terms in collaboration with management.
  • Provide training sessions, webinars, and support to international agents.
  • Track agent performance and ensure sales targets are met.

 

Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Process bookings, invoices, and confirmations in coordination with the admissions and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, lead generation, agent performance, campaign ROI).

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, hospitality, or travel sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, Turkish or Polish is highly desirable).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for fairs and events.
