Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotations and proposals for prospective clients
• Manage and nurture incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Oversee the booking process and ensure accurate documentation, including issuing invoices and proforma invoices
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team in achieving monthly targets and key performance metrics
• Address customer queries and provide exceptional care, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
