We are looking for qualified Teachers to teach English as a foreign language. The right candidate will join a fun, young and energetic school atmosphere to teach students of all ages. As an English Language Centre, our aim is to provide a professional teaching service curated with great passion and designed with the students abilities in mind. 

Duties include (but are not exclusive to) the following:

• Duties will primarily include language and communication skills training of English as a Foreign Language to children, adults, and professionals using the teaching methods as prescribed by Berlitz | English Language Academy.
• Prepare for lessons when needed.
• Teach listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Teach various areas including Business English, General English and Exam Preparation Courses.
• Teach one-to-one, large groups and small groups.
• Be aware of the students’ learning abilities and limitations.
• Work with the Centre’s Supervisor to maintain standards.
• Willing to stand in for other teachers if needed.
• Comply with the Centre’s policies.

The right candidate must have:

• CELTA or internationally recognised TEFL qualification.
• Be resident in Malta or able to get a permit to work in Malta.
• A good command of English.
• Good English pronunciation.
• Immediate Start.
• Previous experience is considered an asset.
• The ability to think fast and multi-task when necessary.
• The drive, enthusiasm and passion to be part of a busy, dynamic department in a thriving and growing English Language Centre.
